- Verify dental insurance coverage and benefits

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments

- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously

- Collect patient treatment payments and process transactions accurately

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Proficiency with dental practice management software and basic computer skills
