Front desk skills / tasks:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Answering phones, checking in and checking out patients
- Making appointments, taking payments, arranging payment plans
- Balancing all payment types at the end of the day
- Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records
- Greet customers and help to answer any questions they might have
- Provide support to dentists, surgeons, and staff as needed
- Prevent the spread of infection and disease by maintaining a clean work environment
- Using the following software programs daily: Dentrix, Dexis, Weave, Rectangle Health, Prexion, Mconsent, Eprescribe and Gmail
- Dental insurance verification, submission and receiving insurance payments
- Strong Dentrix skills are very valuable

Paid time off - legal holidays and other holidays / Sick time are benefits earned after the probationary period is over. Paid Vacation time is earned after 1 year and 3 years
Flexible schedule - Our office is open Monday - Friday at a total of almost 50 hours a week. Schedules are made based on the office's needs with full time at 35-40 scheduled hours / week.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (more experience = higher pay)
