Dental Receptionist: Waterbury

Must have experience treatment planning.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and 2 Saturdays per month 9am-3pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth


• Schedule appointments and manage the front desk efficiently


• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to confirm appointments and contact new patients


• Present treatment plans confidently and help patients schedule care


• Support the clinical team with coordination and communication


• Maintain accurate patient records and handle insurance verifications

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)


• Prior dental or medical office experience preferred


• Sales or customer service experience strongly desired


• Excellent communication and phone skills


• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail


• Reliable and organized with strong multitasking skills
