What You’ll Do:

Lead and oversee 5-9 dental practices, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Propel practice performance and success through strategic operational initiatives.
Provide strong leadership and guidance to practice managers, providers, and staff.
Analyze P&L and financial reports to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
Implement and uphold standardized processes and protocols.
Support the integration and onboarding of new practices.
Monitor and manage practice performance metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate closely with the executive team to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:

Demonstrated success in multi-site dental management.
Proficiency in analyzing P&L and financial reports.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical abilities to identify areas for improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, juggling multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
