Dental Registrar

Community Medical and Dental Care, Inc. has been providing quality medical and dental care to the underserved population of Rockland County, NY and surrounding areas since 1993. We're seeking a capable, motivated, and customer service oriented Dental Registrar.  Join an enthusiastic team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Register, schedule and confirm appointments
• Greet and assist patients
• Answer calls in a timely and professional manner
• Converse with patients, addressing all requests and concerns with courtesy and respect
• Collect charges from self-pay patients upon completion of visit
• Complete necessary authorizations, referrals & prescriptions when needed
• Close out old patient files according to policies and procedures
• Attend training and administrative meetings

Requirements:

• Flexibility including Sundays and evenings
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Team player
• Experience working at a dental front desk, a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish, a plus
