Dental Scheduling Coordinator Assistant – Join Our Team!
(DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 1 YEAR) We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Dental Scheduling Coordinator to join our practice! In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional dental care, making our patients feel welcomed and valued. If you’re organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive patient experience, we want you on our team. Please only apply if you have dental office experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver outstanding patient service, addressing concerns and ensuring every visit is comfortable and pleasant
- Handle front office responsibilities, including scheduling and administrative tasks
- Support the back office team with dental assisting duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental setting
- Familiarity with Dentrix software (preferred)
- Dental assistant experience or training
- A friendly, outgoing attitude with a focus on patient satisfaction

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly, creating a comfortable and inviting experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule all treatment appointments efficiently
- Explain dental care plans to patients, addressing their questions with clarity and confidence
- Accurately document patients’ medical histories
- Follow all health, safety, and office policies diligently
- Manage re-care appointments and maintain an up-to-date re-care list
Qualifications:
- Experience with Dentrix software (preferred)
- Proven skills in appointment scheduling
- Strong computer and data entry abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
