What You'll Do:

• Provide oral health care as part of the dental team within your scope of practice, under the supervision of a dentist


• Educate patients and families on oral health and disease prevention


• Collaborate with staff across the health center to provide whole-person and address barriers to care


• Serve diverse, multicultural patients and work with a diverse team


• Participate in meetings, work groups, and quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Completion of a dental therapy program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation 


• Active Michigan Dental Therapy License without restrictions


• Demonstrated clinical competence


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
