• Confirming appointments
• Managing patient cancellation priority list
• Manage the doctor's and the hygiene schedule
• Manage and track the hygiene recare system and make recare calls
• Manage and track pending treatments and schedule future visits
• Present Treatment plans and schedule patients for treatment
• Confirm all appointments are accurate and the appropriate treatment is entered
• Check messages and return patient calls as needed
• Follow up on ZocDoc, Revenue Well, and website appointment requests
• Review emails frequently and follow up on any requests or concerns
• Update your manager and the team of schedule changes
• Review pending treatment list monthly with your manager

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 5:00

Friday 8:00 - 2:00

NO WEEKENDS

Salary:

$25- $33 per hour based on experience

• Proven experience as a Scheduling and/or Treatment Coordinator
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Friendly, patient-focused personality and excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft dental software is a plus (but not required)

• Hourly rate $25 - $33 based on experience
