Join Our Team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator!

Our high-end Upper West Side office is currently looking for a dedicated and personable Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic dental practice. In this role, you will ensure an exceptional patient experience by guiding treatment planning and helping with insurance and financing options.

In this role there will be room to grow into the Office Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate patient treatment plans
• Discuss treatment options, costs, and insurance coverage with patients
• Follow up with patients to encourage treatment acceptance
• Work closely with dental professionals to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage patient records and treatment documentation

Work Hours:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday:  9:30 - 6:00

Wednesday: 10:00 - 4:00

Friday:  7:30 - 4:00 (No weekends)

Compensation: $30-$35 per hour, with bonus opportunities

• Minimum 1-3 years experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar role
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Ability to build rapport with patients and dental professionals
• Familiarity with dental software
• Interest in learning, training to be an Office Manager

$30-$35 per hour, plus bonus potential
