Smile Solutions of Goodlettsville is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team in Goodlettsville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental front desk operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate treatment plans effectively while working collaboratively with our clinical and administrative teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient treatment plans in collaboration with dental providers.


• Present treatment plans clearly and professionally to patients, addressing any questions or concerns.


• Verify patient insurance benefits and coordinate insurance claims to maximize patient coverage.


• Utilize Eaglesoft software for scheduling, treatment planning, and insurance coordination.


• Maintain organized patient records and documentation related to treatment and insurance.


• Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication.


• Assist with front desk duties as needed, leveraging at least 2 years of dental front desk experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a dental front desk or administrative role.


• Proficient in Eaglesoft dental software.


• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.


• Experience with treatment planning and insurance verification/coordination.


• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.


• Ability to present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients.
