We are currently seeking a skilled Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team and help guide our patients through their dental treatment journey.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Dental Treatment Coordinator to assist our patients in understanding their treatment   plans and financial options. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office administration, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities:
   
        •       Educate patients on their dental treatment options and procedures.
          •       Coordinate and schedule appointments to ensure efficient patient flow.
        •       Prepare and explain treatment plans, including costs and payment options.
        •       Work closely with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
        •       Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

Qualifications:

        •       Minimum of 5 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator or similar role.

        •       Excellent track record of successful presentation, collection and success in scheduling medically necessary treatment.
        •       Strong knowledge of dental terminology, Perio procedures, and the art of the business of dentistry.
        •       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

        •       X Ray License, experience with IO Scans, and the process of planned, guided dental implant surgery.

        •       Articulate, educated use of the English language both written and spoken.
        •       Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite, Panda Perio, and others.
        •       High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in dental assisting or office management is a plus.

        •       Past proven trackable success with collections, obtaining goals, and chronology of consistent employment success.
