Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Friday – Sunday Closed)

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

We are hiring immediately for a dynamic, patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our excellent team and help manage our growing patient base!

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Treatment Presentation: Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients clearly, explaining clinical recommendations, answering questions, and breaking down financial responsibilities.

  Financial Coordination: Discuss payment options, present flexible payment plans, handle insurance breakdowns, and coordinate pre-authorizations to help patients maximize their benefits.

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule Optimization: Manage and optimize the productive schedule for our 2-provider team, ensuring seamless patient flow and meeting daily practice goals.

  
  


• 
  

  Patient Follow-Up: Actively follow up on pending treatment plans, addressing patient barriers to care and scheduling outstanding appointments.

  
  


• 
  

  Front Office Collaboration: Assist with checking patients in/out, answering phones, and maintaining accurate digital patient records using dental management software.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of dental office experience is strictly required. Deep familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance coding is essential for success in this role.

  Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills-you must be comfortable discussing financial investments with empathy and clarity.

  Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills and hands-on experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft).
