Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating patient care by coordinating treatment plans, educating patients on procedures and financial options, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and our clinical team. Key Responsibilities:

• Educate patients on their treatment options, insurance benefits, and payment plans.
• Present and explain the doctor’s recommended treatment plan to patients.
• Assist patients in understanding and coordinating their treatment plans.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborate with doctors, dental assistants, and office managers to optimize scheduling and patient experience.
• Track pending and incomplete treatments, following up with patients as needed.
• Process payments and verify insurance benefits.
• Build trusting relationships with patients to encourage treatment acceptance.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service or dental office role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with office software and dental management systems is a plus.
