Concierge Dental Group is a five-location dental practice in Western New York: Clarence, North Buffalo, Orchard Park, West Seneca, and Williamsville. We're hiring an experienced Treatment Plan Coordinator at our Clarence location (5363 Transit Rd.).

What working here actually looks like:

Sitting down with patients after their clinical exam, walking them through the doctor's recommended treatment plan in language they understand, and helping them decide.

Translating between the clinical team and the financial reality — answering insurance questions, structuring payment options, removing friction between patient and care.

Working with the scheduling team to get accepted treatment on the calendar.

Tracking case acceptance and revenue contribution — your work is measurable and meaningful.

Weekly coaching and continuing education through our dedicated leadership team.

Real career growth — strong treatment coordinators move into senior coordinator, lead, or office manager roles.

What we need from you:

Proven experience in treatment coordination, dental case presentation, patient finance, or a comparable patient-facing role with measurable acceptance and conversion goals.

Strong communication and the ability to make a clinical conversation feel human, not transactional.

Comfortable with dental practice management software and insurance/financing tools.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to operate both independently and as part of a clinical team.

Willingness to occasionally support sister locations.
