Job Description - Dental Treatment/Financial Coordinator

About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Roya Niakiani, DMD as a Dental Treatment/Financial Coordinator! In this pivotal role, you will ensure our patients receive exceptional care while managing their treatment plans and financial options. Responsibilities:

Coordinate patient treatment plans and financial arrangements with precision.

Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits and payment options.

Schedule appointments and follow-ups to ensure optimal patient care.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in our management system.

Communicate effectively with dental staff to facilitate smooth operations.

Handle billing inquiries and resolve any financial discrepancies.

Educate patients on treatment options and associated costs.

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in dental treatment coordination or similar role.

Strong understanding of dental insurance and financial processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in dentrix ascend practice management software.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
