Isaiah House is looking for a Dentist to provide high-quality, compassionate dental care to underserved and diverse populations in a community health center and mobile setting. This role focuses on improving oral health outcomes through preventive, restorative, and emergency dental services, while promoting patient education and wellness to the clients of Isaiah House Inc.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Fast-paced, mission-driven clinic predominantly serving clients, Medicaid, uninsured, and vulnerable populations. May include mobile dental unit or school-based care delivery as we scale. May encounter viruses, bacteria and diseases that require strict adherence to safety guidelines. Sitting, standing, walking.
JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
Deliver comprehensive dental care including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other restorative procedures.
Diagnose oral diseases and develop individualized treatment plans in person and via teledentistry.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, SUD, and preventive care.
Collaborate with medical and behavioral health providers to support integrated patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinic protocols.
Participate in community outreach and health education initiatives.
Supervise and mentor dental assistants and hygienists as needed.
Requirements
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Current license to practice dentistry in the state.
DEA registration and CPR certification.
Experience or strong interest in public health, underserved populations, or community-based care.
Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
