  Column 1: Operative & Treatment – Work with your own assistant to complete 5–7 procedures daily, tailored to complexity.

  Column 2: Accelerated Hygiene – Collaborate with one RDH and one assistant to conduct 8–10 hygiene exams per day, diagnosing SRPs, PMTs, and guiding perio care.

  Column 3: The “Kitchen Sink” – 2 new patients daily, 1–2 walk-ins/emergencies, seatings, adjustments, post-ops, and other essential clinical follow-ups. Every day is dynamic and patient-centered.
