We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable private office that is needing a dentist. They have a long term associate is moving soon so there is a busy patient base already developed. They also have many new patients each month as there is high demand in the area.

The office is a state of the art one with paperless charting and digital x-rays, CT scanners and more. A dentist has full autonomy to perform whichever procedures he or she likes. They can offer amazing mentoring and collaboration therefore they would consider a new grad. They do a wide range of procedures, so they are more than willing to mentor and offer CE stipends.

They are a FFS and PPO insurance office. They have an amazing and very tenured team of assistants, hygienists and front desk, that all work very well together.

General restorative procedures is all that is required. If a dentist likes to do more advanced procedures such as molar endo, placing implants or even cases under IV, that is a plus, but not required.

Associate Dentist Responsibilities:

• Examining patients' teeth and gums to diagnose and treat various oral health issues.
• Utilizing X-rays and computer-generated imaging to assist with examinations.
• Providing dental treatments to patients.
• Educating patients on good oral hygiene practices and advising them on proper aftercare following certain dental procedures.
• Full clinical autonomy.

Associate Dentist Requirements:

• Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
• State license to practice dentistry.
• Proven experience working in a dental practice.
• The ability to work in a team.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent communication skills.
