Lead Dentist & Future Ownership Opportunity – Dallas, TX

Full-Time | 3–4 Days/Week

 

We are a high-performing private dental practice near Downtown Dallas seeking a compassionate, clinically confident dentist to join our team in a long-term leadership and ownership-track role. Our established practice has built a strong reputation for personalized patient care, advanced treatment planning, and comprehensive dentistry. This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving, high-production office serving a loyal and growing patient base in a highly desirable area near Baylor College of Dentistry.

Position Highlights

  • Collaborate with an experienced team of doctors and highly trained dental assistants
  • Provide comprehensive dental services including restorative dentistry, implants, and full-mouth treatment planning
  • Primarily practice at the Washington Ave location, with optional opportunities at the Abrams location

Practice Snapshot

  • Locations: Washington Ave (primary) + Abrams (optional)

Ideal Candidate

  • 2–3 years of experience preferred or completion of an AEGD/GPR program
  • Strong communication skills with a patient-focused approach
  • Comfortable with comprehensive treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and implants
  • Interested in long-term growth, mentorship, and future ownership within a collaborative private practice environment
