Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and caring dentist for our client's private office. This is a completely state of the art office with an amazing reputation! One of their associates recently moved for family reasons, after being with them for 4 years. She was earning between 320K and 340K every year, doing general restorative procedures.

The owner is a Kois trained dentist and is willing to offer wonderful mentoring and support. General restorative procedures is all that is required. If the associate would like to do advanced procedures that would certainly be fine, but it is not required.

They are offering a 200K per year guaranteed salary and a percentage of collections. A full time dentist can expect to earn between 300K and 350K in their first year. Mondays-Thursdays 7 am to 4 pm. No Fridays and no weekends.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time restorative GP role with a well-balanced schedule and steady patient flow from day one.

Your clinical focus is bread-and-butter general dentistry:

Composite restorations, crowns and simple extractions.

Endodontics and implants are available, but not required. If you want to grow into them, the mentorship and technology are here; if you'd rather stay restorative, the schedule supports that too.

Mentorship from a Kois Center graduate and AGD Fellow. Whether you're an experienced dentist seeking autonomy and earnings, or a confident new graduate focused on restorative work, you'll have advanced clinical mentorship available to you.

You'll be supported by a fully digital, high-tech office, including:

Prexion CBCT

Digital radiography and intraoral scanners

Deka CO2 and diode lasers

VHF R5 milling unit with Exocad digital workflow

3D printing (SprintRay ecosystem)

Shining Elite and Elf scanners

Air polishing for hygiene

Open Dental practice management

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree
• Ability to obtain a Wisconsin dental license
