You’ll step into an outpatient dental role focused on diagnosing and treating urgent dental needs while providing compassionate, patient-centered care. You’ll work within an established healthcare organization with integrated services and have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of its dental program.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• You hold an active Virginia dental license or are eligible to obtain one
• You’re comfortable diagnosing and treating urgent dental conditions
• You have strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• You value compassionate, patient-centered care
• You enjoy working in a collaborative, community-focused environment
• You’re interested in helping grow accessible dental services
• Experienced dentists are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $170,000–$190,000+, based on experience
• Medical insurance with 80% of employee premiums covered by the employer
• Dental & vision insurance with 80% of employee premiums covered by the employer

• 160 hours of annual PTO, prorated based on start date
