Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist for Family Health Care in Baldwin, Michigan.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Join a well-established community health center serving patients for more than 50 years
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry in an outpatient setting
• Perform a wide variety of procedures including restorative work, crowns, bridges, dentures, extractions, endodontics, and preventive care
• Patients are assigned to individual dentists, allowing for continuity of care and long-term patient relationships
• Work alongside other dentists for collaboration and mentorship with 1-2 dedicated dental assistants per provider
• Medical clinic and pharmacy located on-site for coordinated patient care

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $145,000-$165,000
• Productivity Bonus of $5.00 Per Billable Patient Visit Above 1.7 Patients Per Hour
• Quarterly Retention Bonuses
• Sign-On Bonus Available

SCHEDULE
• Four or Five-Day Work Week
• No Weekends
• No On-Call Responsibilities
