A busy and well-established dental practice in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an experienced General Dentist. The practice features 12 operatories and is fully digital, including an iTero scanner. It accepts PPO/FFS and currently sees over 60 new patients each month. The team includes two full-time hygienists, and most procedures are performed in-house. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with molar endo and implant placement. DAG is a DSO, about 38 practices. All offices seem to be PPO/FFS (the practice profile will show), seems like they tend to keep most procedures in house, they hire as w2 or 1099, they provide medical, dental vision, CE and malpractice. Will usually pay a daily rate for the first 6 months or a % of collections. I have seen the offices offer 32-35% of collections and will charge lab fee to match percentage.
