Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the clinical team in providing top-quality dental care to a diverse patient population
   
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure efficient patient flow
   
• Mentor and support associate dentists, hygienists, and staff to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment
   
• Utilize your implant expertise to place and manage implants effectively
   
• Collaborate with the practice owner and administration to ensure continuous growth and improvement
   
• Drive patient satisfaction and build lasting relationships within the community
   

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing dentist, with a proven track record of leadership
   
• Proficient in placing implants and advanced restorative procedures
   
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team
   
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
   
• Dedication to patient care and quality outcomes
   
• Ability to work well within a collaborative environment

• Doctor of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine.
• State license and malpractice insurance.
• Comprehensive and current knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics.
• Great problem solving
