East Cobb Family Dentistry, a trusted and long-standing dental practice in the heart of Marietta, Georgia, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Dentist & Clinical Director to lead our exceptional team. This is a full-time opportunity designed for a dedicated professional who values patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and leadership within a collaborative, family-friendly environment.

Position Overview:

  • Title: Dentist & Clinical Director, Partnership available in the future for the right candidate
     
  • Location: East Cobb Family Dentistry – Marietta, GA
     
  • Schedule: Flexible - 4 days
     
  • Compensation: Quarterly bonus structure based on practice performance
     
  • Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, CE allowance, and more
     
  • Patient Base: Well-established with strong loyalty and 80+ new patients each month
     
  • Team: Skilled, friendly, and supportive clinical and administrative staff
     

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated clinical team in delivering high-quality, comprehensive dental care
     
  • Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring efficient and smooth patient experiences
     
  • Mentor associate dentists, hygienists, and team members to foster a collaborative and growth-focused environment
     
  • Perform a wide range of procedures with an emphasis on implants and restorative dentistry
     
  • Collaborate with ownership and management to drive practice growth and maintain high standards of care
     
  • Build lasting relationships with patients and the East Cobb community
     

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a practicing dentist
     
  • Strong clinical background with proficiency in implants and advanced restorative work
     
  • Proven leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others
     
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
     
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
     
  • Comfortable working in a team-based, collaborative environment

Requirements

Education and Training

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine.
  • State license and malpractice insurance.
  • Additional experience, certifications, or licensing may be required.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications.
  • Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to keep detailed records.
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics.
  • Patience when dealing with patients and staff.
  • Ability to communicate with patients regarding their health and care.
  • Great problem solving

FLSA Status: Salaried, Exempt
