Derksen Dentistry is growing and expanding, creating a fantastic opportunity for the addition of an Associate Dentist with a start date of June/July 2025. 

At Derksen Dentistry the beautiful, wooded property creates serene wildlife views from each operatory in our convenient East Lansing location. Our dental practice is committed to providing top-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment. We have a large loyal patient base with an average of 50 new patients per month, offering a dynamic and rewarding workplace for any dental professional.

Our office offers a comprehensive range of dental services, including general restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implant placement & restorations, clear aligner orthodontics and emergency care to patients of all ages.

• Mentorship from one of our leading dental providers - Dr. Dan Derksen 
• Full company support including Regional Director of Operations, Area Manager, Recruiting, HR, Payroll and Benefits, Bill/Vendor payment, Revenue Cycle management. 
• Talented on-site team including Office manager, Front Desk scheduling team, 3 FT hygienists, 4 chairside Dental assistants and 1 Hygiene assistant.

Insurance:

• In-network with Delta Dental, Cigna, Guardian and United Concordia 
• Premier and PPO only- no Medicaid

Compensation:

• Estimated Annual Base: $150,000 - $300,000+
• Structure: Up to 35% Collections (less 50% labs)
• Quarterly Bonus!

Requirements

• General Dentistry license in the state of Michigan
