DAG is a DSO, about 38 practices. All offices seem to be PPO/FFS (the practice profile will show), seems like they tend to keep most procedures in house, they hire as w2 or 1099, they provide medical, dental vision, CE and malpractice. Will usually pay a daily rate for the first 6 months or a % of collections. I have seen the offices offer 32-35% of collections and will charge lab fee to match percentage.
