A well-established, busy practice in Kennewick, WA, is seeking a full-time General Dentist. This practice has 5 operatories and is fully digital, equipped with a Planmeca scanner, CBCT, Cerec, and intraoral cameras. Tuesday 7-4, Wednesday 7-4, Thursday 10-6, Friday 7-4. 
Closed Monday, Saturday, Sunday.

Fully digital including Dentrix, CBCT, CEREC, Intra oral scanner Planmeca and intra oral cameras. 
44% FFS then remaining as PPO — no medicaid, medicare or HMO. 
2 DAs, 1 admin, 1 OM, 1 Hyg (single column, non assisted) with 1 total doctor (solo doctor practice).
No morning huddle currently but can add if preferred. 
No path to partnership BUT potential for equity in SDP (signature dental partners).

Compenstion:
800-1000 daily guarantee or 35% of collections - minus 1/2 labs.  After labs the percentage of collections typically comes out to 31-32%. 
Hired as W2 with 1 year contract and 90 day notice. Contract may be longer if signing a retention bonus.  

Collection rate for the past 6 months was 102.7%
Ideal daily production - $3500
Lab fee: 50% but they have a preferred lab with discounted rates including Invisalign.

Procedures:
Mainly bread and butter but would like experience with frenectomy, extractions, implant placement and invisalign (or clear correct). No endo.  

Could have external mentorship with tenured support team.
Will report to Dr. Chet Jenkin who is the CDO and co-founder of SDP. 
Interview process is a call with Sarah (doctor recruiter) then RDO Kirstin Johnson then a practice visit. 
Position is open due to Dr Tran leaving (backfilling).
