A well-established practice that has been supporting the community for the past 35 years in Melbourne, FL is seeking an associate dentist to add to their team! The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be looking for a long-term fit. This practice recently updated their technology to include a CBCT, Nomads, Dexis IO Scanners, and Curve practice management software. They are averaging over 40 new patients a month, have an experienced team, and tend to keep most procedures in-house, including sedation dentistry and implants. We are seeking an associate at Ocean Smiles Dentistry in Palm Bay, FL. We have a great team at a very well established practice and location. Just need the right associate to continue the practice’s growth.

Practice:

• Well established office and patient base of 35 years
• Supportive and skilled clinical team
  • 2 assistants, 2 hygienists, and 2 front office staff for treatment plan presentation, scheduling, etc.
• Modern office with digital X-rays and paperless charts
  • New equipment added in 2023/2024 including CBCT, Nomad Xray, and Dexis IO Scanners
  • Curve practice management software
• Offer General, Cosmetic, and Sedation Dentistry with significant amount of crowns and removables, extractions, implants, and some endodontics
• Heavy investment in multi-channel marketing

What We Offer:

• Compensation: Greater of $750/day min (first 3 months) or sliding scale % of collection less labs based on amount of average daily production
• 3-5 days per week depending on scheduling

What We’re Looking For:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program and active FL dental license

• 3-5+ years’ experience working in a high performing environment

• At least $5K/day average production
• Very skilled with crowns, removable, fillings, and extractions
• Skilled with endodontics and implant restorations
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient care
• Thorough treatment planning and communicating the plan with patients and staff
• Detailed charting and chart review
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Practice growth oriented

Our need is not immediate, but not emergency. We have an associate in place, but they have to be replaced so please use discretion.
