Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive clinical dental services and preventive care to patients.
- Educate individuals on oral health, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including workplace safety and confidentiality protocols.
- Maintain appropriate clinical privileges; hospital privileges are preferred.
- Assist with staff training, continuing education, and orientation programs.
Requirements:
- DDS or equivalent degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of an accredited General Practice Residency or Advanced Education in General Dentistry program preferred.
- Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Minnesota.
- DEA registration (if applicable).
- Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
- Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills preferred.
- Knowledge of public health principles and practices is a plus.
