Departmental Secretary - Room for Advancement

We are seeking a versatile and seasoned Departmental Secretary to join our team. 

Perform general office duties as needed not limited to the Front Desk role; including the following:

• First point of contact for calls and visitors
• Knows all essential aspects of our business operations.
• Office supply inventory and depletion
• Maintain managed print service and supplies
• Book travel as needed with record-keeping (limited need)
• Onboarding of new employees, customers, and suppliers
• Payroll entry support
• Marketing proofreading 
• Administration support to various departments as needed

Salary based on experience.
