Key Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

Support with mobility, medication reminders, and light exercise

Prepare simple, healthy meals and help with feeding if needed

Offer companionship through conversation and activities

Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying common areas)

Monitor overall well-being and report any changes

Qualifications:

Prior caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal)

Genuine compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
