Deployment Engineer

Job Summary:

The Deployment Engineer’s primary role is to execute and manage email marketing services on behalf of clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Handle email campaigns for internal and external clients.
• Compile and report campaign statistics
• Support of creative needs by coding in HTML
• Query SQL and BigQuery databases and export or import any necessary data
• Meet operational deadlines (e.g., testing, live launches, and reporting).
• Communicate campaign status and progress.
• Work closely with the Data Team during audience selection or any other data related processes.
• Provide customer service.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficiency with SQL, .NET, HTML, FTP & SFTP and DNS
• Familiarity with Google BigQuery, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, XML and RESTful API.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment with multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and related software.

Education and Experience:

• 3-5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or another related field.
