Deployment Engineer - Network

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (Spanish/English) Deployment Engineer specializing in network deployments with strong expertise in Mellanox technologies. This role will focus on the design, implementation, and support of network deployments, ensuring reliable and optimized performance across client infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Mellanox products, a thorough understanding of networking concepts, and a strong ability to troubleshoot and support complex network environments. Occasional travel to Mexico is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deploy network solutions utilizing Mellanox hardware and technologies
• Configure, test, and support InfiniBand and Ethernet solutions

• Perform on-site installations and troubleshooting
• Monitor and maintain network deployments for high availability
• Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to clients
• Document network issues and maintain escalation protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment processes
• Travel to Mexico for hands-on support and deployment outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in network engineering or deployment
• Strong emphasis on Mellanox technologies
• Hands-on experience with networking hardware
• Proficiency in Mellanox hardware and tools
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Mexico for project-based assignments
