Job Purpose

The Deployment Engineering Lead will oversee technical build, integration, migration, and cutover activities across multiple enterprise platforms. Acting as the central coordination point, this role ensures deployment activities are managed effectively, adhere to governance standards, and support smooth transitions from implementation to operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate system integrator technical teams during build and deployment activities.
• Own the overall deployment plan, including environments, data migration strategies, and cutover execution.
• Ensure consistency and quality across integrations, middleware, and reporting layers.
• Provide technical direction to Deployment SMEs and resolve cross-platform engineering issues.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to ensure deployments align with architectural standards.
• Support hypercare and oversee the transition from project implementation into steady-state operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 20+ years of progressive technical experience, including at least 8 years in a leadership role overseeing ERP or enterprise system deployments.
• Hands-on experience coordinating across multiple enterprise platforms such as CLM, procurement, and finance systems.
• Strong background in system integration, cutover planning, and deployment governance.
• Deep understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) models and project management methodologies.
• Proven experience working within large organizations (30,000+ personnel) is highly desirable.
