In one sentence

This role ensures end-to-end timeline alignment, cross-program dependency tracking, and schedule risk forecasting to enable executive visibility, informed decision-making, and on-time delivery.
The Master Scheduler partners closely with Program Managers, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Managers, and Finance to maintain synchronization across delivery workstreams, vendors, and governance milestones

What will your job look like?

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule covering all programs, ARTs, and vendors.
• Identify and manage cross-program dependencies and critical paths.
• Conduct forecasting, “what-if” analysis, and schedule variance reporting for executive visibility.
• Align PIs and release calendars with enterprise milestones.
• Integrate schedules with financial forecasting to support revenue tracking.
• Partner with Change and Risk Managers to reflect approved changes and risks in the IMS.
• Prepare governance dashboards and milestone reports for PMO and leadership reviews.

All you need is...

• 7+ years’ experience in program or master scheduling (telecom, IT, or large-scale delivery preferred).
• Expertise in MS Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera P6; experience with JIRA/ADO integration a plus.
• Strong understanding of PMBOK, SAFe Agile, and earned value principles.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, or SAFe Agilist are preferred.
