Deployment Strategist

Job Summary

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Deployment Strategist for an innovative AI and data technology company working with leading artificial intelligence research organizations and enterprise customers.

This customer-facing role focuses on managing strategic accounts, expanding existing partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and translating customer needs into successful AI data solutions. You will collaborate with technical researchers, senior executives, and internal operations teams to drive customer growth and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with multiple enterprise customers and leading AI research organizations.
• Build trusted relationships with technical teams, researchers, and senior executives.
• Identify and close account expansion opportunities within existing customer organizations.
• Develop new customer relationships and support business development initiatives.
• Manage commercial opportunities from initial discussions and contract negotiations through revenue realization.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable project and deployment plans.
• Develop expertise in AI training data, audio data, voice technology, and human data workflows.
• Collaborate with research, operations, and internal technical teams to ensure successful customer delivery.
• Monitor account health, identify growth opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Solve complex customer and business challenges in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in deployment strategy, engagement management, consulting, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with technical teams and senior-level business stakeholders.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and support account growth.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
• Technical curiosity and the ability to learn AI products, training data workflows, and technical concepts quickly.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in San Francisco, CA, or New York, NY.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in deployment strategy, top-tier consulting, or customer-facing roles at an AI or data technology company.
• Engagement Manager experience in a consulting environment.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts, strategic partnerships, or complex customer relationships.
• Background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, human data, audio data, or voice technology.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup or fast-growing technology company.
• Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
• Experience managing commercial negotiations, account expansion, and revenue-generating opportunities.

Candidates with fewer years of experience may also be considered if they have highly relevant experience in human data, audio, or voice technology.

Compensation & Equity

• Base salary: $145,000–$175,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Competitive equity opportunity.
• Full-time employment.

Work Location & Schedule

• San Francisco, CA (preferred) or New York, NY.
• On-site, five days per week.
• Candidates must be able to work from one of these locations.

Work Authorization

Eligible visa transfers may be considered, including OPT and H-1B transfers, subject to applicable eligibility and employer requirements.
