Deposit Operations Specialist

Security State Bank- Wyoming is seeking a detail-oriented Deposit Operations Specialist to support our deposit operations team. This mid-level role is responsible for a variety of back-office deposit functions that ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient bank operations. This is an on-site position and may be performed at our Basin, Worland, Gillette, or Sheridan branch locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform deposit operations including ACH processing, item processing, document imaging, transit returns, and exception processing.


• Dispute processing


• Fraud monitoring


• Wire processing and support


• ATM management


• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of deposit operations experience preferred


• Working knowledge of ACH, debit cards, wires, and back-office deposit processing


• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines


• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
