Description:  Responsible for providing foundational support within the Deposit Operations Department through daily report review, routine account maintenance and resolution of standard exception items. Required to build, retain and apply knowledge of departmental functions developing the skills necessary to progressively support and perform additional deposit operations responsibilities.

 Essential Duties: 

• Review daily operational reports and resolve standard exception items. (e.g. Unposted Items, Closed and Dormant account reports.)
• Perform routine account maintenance including charge-offs and other account status updates.
• Troubleshoot basic account and online banking request (e.g. ACH and Debit Card inquiry and Online Banking Support).
• Fulfill customer account and research requests.
• Provide back-up support for deposit operations functions as needed.
• Maintain and develop working knowledge of all deposit operations functions through cross-training.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Regular and punctual attendance is expected, and appropriate attire is required at all times, while either performing job functions or representing the Bank at outside events and activities.

Bank Secrecy Act Duties:

• In the performance of respective tasks and duties, this position must maintain knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act regulations and all other regulatory, security, and Bank policies and procedures.

Required Minimum Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related banking or financial institution experience. 

Must also have the following demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities: 

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to identify, research and resolve routine operational issues.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in standard computer application and banking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
