Deposit Operations Specialist I - Payment Focus

Assist with performing a wide variety of customer service, data processing, verification, error resolution, balancing, system administration and configuration functions to support bank operations and functions. Assists with all Deposit Operations with Payment Focus, Electronic Funds Transfer program including Debit Card/ACH dispute process, Debit Card fraud detection, ACH transactions, wire processing, Real-Time payments, and settlement/reconcilements.

Process and complete a wide variety of daily tasks, reports, and reconcilements within set deadlines. Balance and reconcile assigned bank accounts and general ledgers. Perform variety of tasks on customer accounts such as posting adjustments and corrections. Assist with completing/processing a variety of computer functions including copying, moving or adjusting various files between systems and computers and maintaining electronic documentation. Assist with bank-wide branch and customer support.
