Deposit Operations Supervisor

Description

Responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Deposit Operations Department in conjunction with Deposit Operations Officer. 

Requirements

• Oversee that all deposit operations functions are operating smoothly and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining deposit operations procedures and create new procedures as needed.
• Review and approve daily work.
• Responsible for Overdraft Privilege Monitoring. 
• Handle problems for branches.
• Oversee and maintain relationships with all correspondent banks.
• Handle daily General Ledger balancing entry corrections.
• Handle UBB balancing entry corrections.
• Handle Levies and Garnishments, as needed.
• Assist with Audit and Exam preparation, as needed.
• Assist in special projects required of the Deposit Operations department.
• Perform all deposit operations clerical functions, as needed.
