Deposition Scheduling Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Executes Paszkiewicz scheduling process as trained by the Scheduling Manager


• Secures conference rooms per client requests throughout the U.S. per Company policy

• Confirms all bookings with clients as per Company policy


• Builds relationships with clients based on reliability, customer service and willingness to accommodate client requests


• Works with our production and billing team as needed


• Has accountability for accuracy and completing all tasks assigned

Job Requirements

• On-site position


• Monday through Friday


• Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills


• Meticulous attention to detail and first-rate customer service skills


• Ability to work successfully in a team environment


• General computer proficiency in various computer applications


• Strong work ethic


• Possess solid critical thinking and time management abilities


• Works well under pressure and adapts to daily changes

Education

• High school diploma or general degree from an accredited institution required


• Paralegal certificate or experience working at a law firm preferred
