Depositor

Pay: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour

APS Medical Billing located in Toledo Ohio, is looking for a motivated individual to join our payments team as a depositor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Tally checks and makes timely and accurate calculations of transactions


• Responsible for deposit reconciliation which includes verification and corrections


• Investigates balance differences and follows up


• Runs checks in the endorsing or the remote deposit machines


• Assists with refund checks


• Performs other duties as necessary

Qualification Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience working with money


• Confidential and Trustworthy


• High level of attention to detail


• Strong computer skills


• Strong communication skills
