Deputy Clerk of Courts II

• Performing a range of case management, including reviewing legal documents and initiating new cases
• Processing record requests
• Coordinating and maintaining exhibit storage and retention
• Assisting customers with various stressful situations
• Providing financial information to customers including receipting payments

• Minimum of associates degree from accredited college
• Minimum of three years clerical experience, preferably in a legal setting
• Able to work in a fast-paced office setting with time pressures deadlines
• Able to prioritize duties with continual interruption
