Innosoft Corporation is building the program operations function for a large digital services contract supporting a federal health agency public-facing websites. The Program Manager owns the outcome commitments. This position owns the machinery that produces the evidence behind them.
This is an execution discipline, not a strategy role. Five recurring report streams, a quality-assurance self-assessment in every monthly and Program Increment report, an integrated master schedule updated weekly across four programs and more than thirty-five agile teams, a deliverable log against roughly thirty distinct deliverables with hard due dates, two first-tier subcontracts to administer, and meeting governance across a five-Program-Increment annual cadence.

Bachelor degree in business, management, information systems or a related field, plus 8 years of relevant experience.
Equivalent combinations accepted: Master degree + 6 years, Associate degree + 10 years, High school diploma or GED + 12 years.
PMP or CAPM preferred. SAFe Agilist, Certified ScrumMaster or Professional Scrum Master preferred given the Program Increment cadence. ITIL 4 Foundation preferred.
The salary range for this position is $155,000 to $160,000 annually. Actual compensation is determined by experience, qualifications, skills, location and internal equity. This range reflects the anticipated base salary and does not include bonus, benefits or other compensation.
This position is contingent upon contract award. Candidates selected will receive a contingent offer and will begin the federal suitability and credentialing process, which can take several weeks to several months. Employment begins only upon award and successful adjudication.
This role requires the use of company-issued equipment configured to federal security baselines. Personal devices may not be used to access client systems or data. Employees must complete federal security awareness, privacy and records management training and execute a non-disclosure agreement before performing any work.
