       12p-1230p: Lunch unpaid



       1230p-1p: Paid Admin Time



       1p-4p: Paid Clinic- 4 patients/hr



       4p-5p: Paid Admin



• Patient Volume: 24-30



• Patient Demographics: 97% Adult, 3% Peds



• No. of Surgeries per physician per day: 2



• Physicians in Practice: 21 Derm



• Support Staff: 2 MAs per MD



• Required Procedures: Biopsy, Excision, Electrodesiccation w/ cutterage & Cryosurgery.



• Other Info:



      - For orientation: will shadow one of our MDs for a day, if they need EPIC help that will be arranged. Otherwise they will ramp up to 4 patients/day over a few weeks.



• EMR: Epic



• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered







Requirements:



• Active OR License



• BC



• BLS
