We are looking for a Dermatologist to join our private Family/Internal medicine practice in Suwanee, GA (20 min N of Atlanta). Ideally, we are seeking a Dermatologist who has excellent bedside manners, and practices with professionalism, flexibility, and compassion. The ideal candidate should have the passion and background capability to grow a dermatology practice with a dedicated dermatology space within our current facility.
Our practice has the operational infrastructure, dedicated staff, and established internal referral base to support the dermatology department from day one with seven internal medicine providers. This low-barrier startup provides immediate patient volume and tremendous growth potential, both internally and externally. We envision expanding into cosmetic dermatology and laser services, ultimately relocating to a larger, dedicated dermatology facility.

Located just 20 minutes north of Atlanta in Suwanee, we're situated in an area renowned for top-tier schools and a plethora of recreational activities, making it an ideal place to raise a family. We offer a supportive environment with a team of dedicated receptionists, schedulers, medical assistants, nurses, medical billing, and administrative staff and collaborate with an excellent group of subspecialty physicians! Currently, our Suwanee facility has a team of five internal medicine physicians and two-family nurse practitioners.

Responsibilities:
Clinical Focus: General dermatology with an emphasis on preventive care. Our practice is dedicated to treating a wide range of dermatological conditions, including both medical and cosmetic dermatology. We provide services such as skin cancer screenings, acne treatment, eczema management, psoriasis care, and cosmetic procedures like Botox and fillers. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

Technological Integration: We utilize EClinicalWorks as our EMR system and Medical Dragon One for dictation to ensure an optimized and efficient workflow.
Coding & Billing Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ICD codes and adherence to E/M coding guidelines are essential.

Requirements:

Board Certified in Dermatology. Candidates with dual training, such as in Internal Medicine Dermatology, would be invaluable assets to our team
Medical license to practice in GA
Strong proficiency in ICD codes and E/M coding guidelines

Schedule:

Standard office hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Full-time candidates will operate on a 4 or 4.5-day workweek with 2-3 new or 3-4 established patients per hour (Flexible schedule options)

Weekends & Major Holidays: office is closed

Compensation:

$350,000 to $400,000, with potential earnings of $800,000+ through productivity bonuses
