Dermatologist Opportunity – Academic Setting (Greenville, North Carolina)
A healthcare system located in Greenville, North Carolina is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Dermatologist to join a well-established and growing academic dermatology division. The successful candidate will become part of a collaborative team within a respected academic environment.
Position Highlights:
Employment with a large regional healthcare system
Hospital privileges at a major Level 1 trauma center
Join an established academic dermatology division
Responsibilities include teaching dermatology and primary care residents, as well as medical students and participation in clinical research
Approximately 90% outpatient responsibilities, including general dermatology clinic and procedures

Potential leadership role within the dermatology residency training program for qualified individuals
About the Department: The Department of Internal Medicine includes multiple specialty divisions supported by over 85 full-time faculty members and 150 support staff. Each division maintains its own specialty clinic within the health sciences system.

General Requirements:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology
Eligible for medical licensure in the state of North Carolina or the ability to obtain prior to start
Eligible for hospital privileges at a Level 1 trauma center
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Dermatology residency program
Demonstrated commitment to academic medicine, including teaching and/or clinical research
Strong clinical skills in general dermatology and outpatient procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary academic environment
Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
