Position: Experienced Medical Assistant (Dermatology)
Type: Full-Time | Mon–Fri + Occasional Saturdays
Pay: $20.00–$24.00/hour

Are you a seasoned Dermatology Medical Assistant with a passion for both medical and cosmetic skincare? Our modern, upscale dermatology practice in the heart of Calabasas is growing—and we're looking for a polished, proactive, and personable Medical Assistant to join our back office dream team.
What You'll Do:
· Welcome and room patients with warmth and efficiency
· Take detailed patient histories and prep for procedures
· Assist providers during both medical and cosmetic dermatology treatments
· Maintain pristine, well-stocked exam rooms
· Be a vital part of a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
Requirements:
· 3+ years of Dermatology MA experience (non-negotiable)
· Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
· Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
· BLS Certification (Preferred)
· Positive attitude, excellent communication, and a true team player mentality

The state-of-the-art Bella Skin Institute facility has been designed to be warm and engaging while focusing on providing clients with the newest, most innovative procedures available to perfect skin. We use highly advanced equipment and specialize in procedures that require little or no downtime for the convenience of our clients.
The Bella Skin Institute is dedicated to combining medical science and cosmetic beauty to provide each client with customized treatments to meet their needs, from dermatology services to minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, performed at the facility. Dr. Anna Guanche uses a tumescent anesthesia for all procedures so the patient is never placed under full general anesthesia.
Procedures performed include resurfacing, hair removal, Fraxel™ and laser therapy; facial and body peels, Thermage™, mini "S" lift, blepharoplasty and the latest injectables including Juvéderm™ Injectable Gel, Radiesse™, Dysport™, or BOTOX® Cosmetic injections for wrinkle removal; and more. Aesthetic services include Diamond Glow™ microdermabrasion and dermalinfusion, dermaplaning; facials; and waxing. General dermatology services include skin cancer screening and surgery, acne, rashes, eczema, and more.
Dr. Guanche has been selected eleven years consecutively -- 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 as a Southern California Super Doctor by Los Angeles magazine.
