Dermatology Medical Assistant

QualDerm Partners is seeking a dedicated Dermatology Medical Assistant to join our team, committed to providing exceptional skin and aesthetics wellness services. Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations, including obtaining vital signs and documenting medical histories.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures by preparing necessary instruments and equipment.
• Conduct basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records within our electronic health record systems.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
• Educate patients on treatment options, medications, and effective skincare routines.
• Keep examination rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical role is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, particularly within dermatology.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in the use of electronic health records (EHR) and basic office software.
